How to Verify Email Sending Domain
- Login your salesforce Org 🡪 Go to App Launcher 🡪 Search for “Account Engagement”
- Click on “Account Engagement Settings” Tab 🡪 Click on Domain Management
- Click on Add New Domain.
- Enter your domain 🡪 Click on Create domain.
- Go to Actions 🡪 Click on “Expected DNS Entries”
- Copy Validation Key & Domain Key.
- Go to your domain management Site, here we use “GoDaddy” for an example, Navigate to your GoDaddy domain 🡪 Click “Manage” button.
- Click the “Add New Record” button under DNS Records section.
- Verify Validation Key: Add the value of the Validation Key for the new DNS Record 🡪 Click the “Save” button.
- Next click the “Continue & Verify” button to verify your Validation Key record.
- The new record for Validation Key has been created successfully.
- Verify Domain Key: Add the value of the Domain Key for the new DNS Record 🡪 Click the “Save” button.
- Next click the “Continue & Verify” button to verify your Domain Key record.
- The new record for Domain Key is created.
- Go back to “Domain Management” from Account Engagement Setting 🡪 Click the “Check DNS Entries” option.
- The Domain is verified in Pardot.
